We require verification of student status to access certain discounts. You must provide valid proof of enrollment such as a .edu email address or student ID. Falsifying student status is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

• Create multiple accounts to abuse discounts
• Resell or commercially exploit discounts
• Use automated systems to scrape or access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

Discounts on StudentDiscount are provided by third-party partners. We do not guarantee:

• Availability or accuracy of any discount
• Quality of products or services from partners
• That discounts will be honored by merchants

Partners may change or discontinue offers at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StudentDiscount are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
